Wanda had the right mix of growth opportunity and company outlook. I wanted to be part of the revolution to change healthcare for better.
My parents are aging and have developed chronic conditions. I was looking to be a part of a solution that could help my parents manage their conditions. With Wanda’s products I immediately saw the potential to help those whose parents, grandparents, etc. are experiencing the same thing.
I joined Wanda because it provides an interesting solution and platform to solve patient hospitalization problems. Wanda’s approach to solving this niche problem inspired me.
I joined Wanda because my personal mission of making a difference in the medical industry is happening here, everyday. Wanda has a clear mission and a great group of people who are turning that mission into reality. We work together, we struggle together and we make products that make a difference.
I’ve always been interested in healthcare and want to use my biomedical knowledge.
It sounded like a great opportunity with a great team.
I noticed that Wanda was doing a great and creative thing in healthcare. I joined because Wanda is working for a good cause and because it’s fun and challenging.
I joined Wanda because I lost a ping-pong game to Ehsan during the interview. I’ll beat him later.
Throughout my career I was always a part of BIG corporation. So, while job hunting I focused on finding a smaller company with a collaborative working environment. I joined Wanda because it has a great work culture and has the goal of improving people’s health.
I joined Wanda because of the great team and the potential of helping patients through software and technology.
The team is amazing! I love the team culture and how collaborative everyone is. Every team member is committed to the company mission, excelling in our projects, but, most importantly, having fun while doing it. If you are looking to grow professionally and personally and test try new ideas, Wanda team members will definitely provide that support. Although team culture is valued, if you prefer spending more time on your own, working independently, everyone is incredibly respectful of that.
It’s a small but smart team. Everyone is great at what they do! We all have a lot of respect for individual needs and routines at work. Some people meditate in the ping-pong room, while others have intense ping-pong matches. Some people have headphones on, and others play the guitar for all to hear. We all eat together, have a lot of fun and get good work done.
Wanda has one of the most diverse and exceptional team cultures I’ve ever experienced! It’s almost like a second family to me.
What is our culture??? Sorry, cannot answer that.
All team members are very passionate about what they are doing and I think this is what makes Wanda so special. I also enjoy the team’s ability to “React” and “Shift” quickly.
That we’re awesome! Great team dynamic, we care about each other and want everyone to succeed!
Play hard & work hard.
That we are more than just a company. We some how connect and bond, work hard with purpose and also have fun, and help each other.
The culture at Wanda is one of teamwork, independence and responsibility. We work together in many different disciplines to build and combine our ideas and expertise. Each colleague also has the independence to think and design in new ways while being fully responsible for the parts that we are building together.
It’s a small team culture. People work and collaborate with each other. Sharing tears and laughter with a small group of smart people is a nice thing to have in a work place.
I’m learning new things almost every day. When I get feedback from our client, I like knowing that I am working on something that solves their problems and benefits their customers.
I love building out our processes and working with our clients directly. It’s been fun working with product and engineering on enhancing our product lines.
I get to wear so many different hats- contributing to backend in one project, front end in another, creating marketing emails and web pages. That’s the beauty of working at Wanda.
I’m working on Wanda’s women heart health consumer app, so I’m responsible for all the backend data managements, web APIs and mobile APIs. It’s exciting to be part of something that can help so many people.
My job is really creative. I get to create a new product that hopefully many people will use. This is very exciting.
Designing our super special consumer app! It will make a difference, raise awareness and provide support to women newly faced with or already struggling with heart disease. I love those “A HA” moments when I’m working on a project, and at Wanda, I get those a lot.
iOS development, new technology.
I’m helping design and build a service that will benefit cancer patients. I’m also able to investigate which of the newest technologies and systems to use in making this service.
The people! 🙂
I love every single part of my daily task and responsibility. I’m given a lot of challenges as well as flexibility.
I would say the ideas. People seem to have brilliant ideas about the way to do things. Whether it’s on the business side or technology side, the ideas are unique.
I like what I do and who I work with here. And the coffee. 🙂
I stay for the food and the release parties! Actually, I feel like it’s a supportive environment to really grow and learn in.
Wanda has a casual but productive environment. Great people to work with.
Our collection of coffee machines and convenient location is definitely worth bragging about, but my favorite part about working at Wanda is that I have the freedom to contribute and the opportunity to really expand my knowledge.
The paycheck. But, seriously, it’s great knowing I’m part of something that’s going to make a difference in this world- for the better!
Free coffee, snacks and fancy juices certainly make it easy to enjoy coming in everyday, but working and hanging around with team members are the main things that motivate me to make that 1 hour commute.
The coffee for sure. I started working at Wanda when it was a very small company and this is a time of growth. So of course I’m going to be here to see it through.
I enjoy working with the group and building meaningful products.
Everything to come, our future is shining bright like a diamond!
To see more clients get onboard with us.
Working with the team.
I am looking forward to scaling and seeing our team grow. Most importantly, I can’t wait to see our new product lines take off in the market.
I look forward to designing products and watching them come to life, ready for testing with the users.
It’s rewarding to put so much effort into building something with the hope that it will have a positive impact on someone’s life. Also, I hope we can go IPO in a couple years. 😉
Product success, team growth.
I am looking forward to the day that Wanda’s product will be recognized as healthcare’s benchmark and reference target.
I look forward to our team-building outings and doing things with the group.
The launch of Wanda’s Consumer App!
